When: 10-4 pm daily
Where: Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA 19107
Registration Fee: $30 in advance, $100 after February 10th.
All of these parking garages are within a close distance to the Convention Center and are easily accessible.
